Dodged the face, removed minor skin blemishes with patch tool, duplicate layer, masked the eyes, necklace, nipples, blurred layer, sharpened original, Noise Ninja on duplicate, curves adjustments layer, BW achieved with Channel Mixer adjsutment layer, one more curves adjustment layer, added border, saved. |

Greetings from the Critique Club...
Having just started to experiment with black and white nudes myself, I realize what a difficult task it is to light well and present a tasteful image. I think you did a great job in both areas; I would watch the highlights on her skin a litle more on the left breast and going up to her shoulder, though. A tiny bit of burning might help to take that down a little bit.
Though having her centered and practically filling the frame makes her seem like a much more important figure (as indicated in your title, we can assume she's important to you :) ) I almost feel like the way she's lit would seem more effective if you had left more negative space, maybe just to the darker side of her body so that she is less centered and seems to have a longer 'shadow'.
Great processing on the skin, and for the tones overall. The necklace is an especially nice touch. Very beautiful model, and an overall great shot.

| Beautiful lighting and very lovely pose, love the black background makes her really stand out. The pose with the arm behind her back gives nice curves and lines, the lighting on her hair hanging down the front really frames her face well. The only thing I am not sure about when I look at it is the thigh hidden in partial shadow, seems just a tad to dark in some areas, but the rest of the lighting really showcases a lovely nude. |

| Nicely lit... just watch those blown highlights around the nipple and arm. I'd probably give it an 8, but gonna go for 10, because I know some folks are gonna give ya ones just for it being nude. |
