I don't like the red tinting on this. It seems a little overdone and like there was a white balance mistake--something unintentional rather than purposeful.

Interesting red tint to this photo. I think the soft focus of the buildings etc distracts me in this photo. I would also have liked to see more illumination on the dark sections of the bank of the river

From what I understand of HDR, this doesn't scream it out, though no doubt you went through all the processes.
