I like the idea of re-creating an old vintage style postcard, but don't feel you have quite pulled it off. There are definite exposure issues, with burnt out areas in some of the clouds and the whites of at least one of the buildings, and some areas in darkness.

even for an attempt at "antique" this doesn't work for me ... hard to make out the details ... the right side is far too dark ... sorry

This coloring doesn't work for me at all....the framing and composition is nice but I am distracted by the harsh coloring (sorry)

The grainy look doesn't make this appear old, just grainy. Its also a little underexposed in places.

I like the idea, but this one your subjects are hard to make out. Interesting concept with very nice toning. I'd like to see a little less noise, though.
