| Weird framing - draws your eyes away from the photo even if the fram does look like the tree. Nice B&W. |

| Great image! Fits the challenge well. The black & white use is great, nice lighting and focus. Everything together gives the feeling of solitude nicely. One thing I don't like though is the border, looks too busy for me. Nothing huge though. Well done. 8 |

| It looks like there's some strange editing around the tree branches. Without that (and without the annoying border) this would be a lovely shot. The b&w is a good choice with the different lines and textures. |

| I quite like this and tried a similar thing myself. Ill probably see a few more like this too. To me the lack of colour gives a forlorn, alone feeling in a way. I may like it more if it was a little more off center but to me you wont lose points for it. |
