The sky always looks bad (even on a good day) this time of morning at this location. This was the only time I could shoot with my work schedule. I wasn't going to submit this since I know it won't do well, but then I thought, "What the heck, I'm getting used to all those 3's and 4's by now!" :) I also have shot this location a few other times for challenges - I need to find new places! I still like the shot, although it would have been much better if I could have taken it in the mid-afternoon.

Try brightening up the foreground. You can select it and do that without totally blowing out the sky.

I can see this postcard (with scalloped edges) in a rack at the cash register of a local mom'n'pop restaurant...since 1952...not many non-locals visit the diner...but if I did, I'd probably buy this postcard & leave a big tip. Lots of 'local' feeling in this.

Hey. Clarksville, TN! :D Gosh, haven't been there in 15 years now. Is there still a Foot Locker store in the Clarksville Mall? Interesting that you chose this for your postcard. Nothing else going there? :P It's a nice photo of the train station as far as the angle you've selected, etc... Too bad about the sky being overcast and grey. Something about the placement of the text seems a bit awkward. JMO of course. Maybe because it's placed so close to the 'Clarksville' sign and is of a different font style? Anyway, I've rambled on enough. Best of luck to you in the challenge.

Great shot but I feel like it's leaning a bit; I may have chosen another color of font, as the blue is a bit bold for the colors in the shot

tilt should have been corrected

I lived here for a while a remember this station well. Have you tried this as a B/W image? Try Red's Smokehouse on Riverside Drive for some grub if you are still there.

Should have been levelled a bit I think.

I like text of "clarksville" in the photo. It is also kind of tells a story of a town; it gives the kind of small town feel, since the station is so small. I think the image could be rotated a few degrees counterclockwise to straighten things out, and also the blue text seems a bit too bright.
