The light bulb stands out well against the background - good focus - how did you get it so the background wasn't lit up by the bulb? Compositionally I don't find the image very interesting, but I do think it is well-executed and fits both its title and the challenge. 7 |

Really cool idea. Edison at his best! 'twould be nice if the bulb itself were nearly invisible so we could focus on the cool mechanics inside it. Try this: using Selective Color, add black to the Neutral colors, and fiddle with that for a while. |

Nice image, I think I'd like it better if the glass were a little clearer, it seems dirty or smoky or something. The filament is clear and crisp, and I know how hard it is to capture light like this. You've got your settings perfect, it seems to me. Doesn't really say WOW but definately says "light". |
