| Hmmm, yes it meets the challenge criteria, and it is cropped well, and it has interesting grain and colour, but it doesn't tell a story as such: I am not emotionally moved by the picture...it doesn't hold my interest...maybe a lack of mystery,story,detail that invites the viewer to spend some time looking at it...? |

| Beautifully composed. Though it's not in the title, I would guess you were born in 1981? I think this shot conveys a sense of classiness for some reason. Great job. |

| Good DOF. Overall, the image is average, but the small size bring the impact down. Go to the Learn section and view the tutorial of preparing an image for the challenge. You should do well in the future. 4 |

Well, well, .... the year is in the pic, not in the title itself, and a picture of a yearbook? Does not rock me a lot, sorry ...
Take us back to yesteryear by photographing something that defined the year you were born. Start googling, looking through old news papers and magazines, and show us your photographic interpretation of the year of your birth. Your title should should include the year.
Might even get some DNMCs with this ... (but not from me ...) |
