Congrats on this one Csoka! I thought it would get higher results, though. The different coloured white marbles didn't disturb me, it said for me that the whites accept de differences among them, but not the black. Being pushed out, I think the black is alone enough. Good work! |

I know I'm being too picky, but I would have liked it more if the white marbles were either all white or turned so they had the same color stripe showing... would have made them more united and the black one more the odd ball out. Otherwise, I love this shot. |

Nice pattern and lighting. I think the title is a bit of a stretch, but it's an attractive photo. |

Interesting idea. I'm not sure I like the lighting, though - perhaps eliminate the shadows. I like the contrast of the round marbles with the diagonals. Is that matzah?! |

I think that this is more 'singled out' than 'alone'? Thats just my opinion though! Other than that the composition is good and it makes an interesting photo |

An interesting portrayal. Fits the challenge very well, with a nice use of light and space. I do think the focus could be a little sharper though. Excellent vision. Well done. 8 |

Shocking and effective subject. Maybe a bit much shadows, or you could have focused on one group a bit more (on the black sphere or the others) to make the contrast a bit more fascinating with lights, too. In conclusion, a really touching shot, grats! |

Strong message. For me the light is almost too harsh. The whites are too blown out. Nice composition and execution of your idea though. |

If i didn't read your titile to this photo, I would have considered it as a symbol of individualism from the black ball, and not of racism. This shows that the feeling we generate with our pictures is sometimes different from the feeling we would have wished to share. I generally avoid emotive title to my pics. Nice photo, anyway, though it looks too much compressed. |

Nice point and nicely made - I'm not sure why you lit the far side of the marbles though - I don't care for looking at the dark side of them - perhaps that is part of the point? |

I like the idea, but I think I would have liked it better in BW. Just a note, it's also racism when the white one gets pushed aside. |

I like the idea, but not sure about how carried it out. |
