I took this after the football game.

I didn't use the flash on this one, the lighting from the game was enough for the photo. I touched it up a little with Picasa 2...using the auto contrast and auto color tools.

For those of you who don't know, the Kibbie Dome is the football stadium at the University of Idaho.

I took this photo because I thought it might make a good diagonal shot. I cleaned up the trash around the area and didn't see the bottle when I took the shot or when I looked through the shots on the viewer. When I got home I debated going back the next day to get a better bottleless shot, but thought it might not be all bad. Now I wonder how I would have done if the bottle wasn't there and I tried black and white.

Thanks for the comments, this was my first photo and I feel I need all the help I can get!

i like the concept but the lighting anc colors don't add any punch to this - maybe B/W would have been better with high contrast

Good use for challenge - bottle distracting.

Creates a nice rhythm doesn't it? I can't decide if the bottle is an interesting detail or too much of a distraction to me.

This is brilliant. It reminds me of Jeffrey Smart, my favourite painter. Its busy yet simple. THe bright light eliminates any rough edges. I'm sot sure whether the water bottle adds or distracts.

Interesting subject and idea...I wonder what it would look like in b/w?

the lighting is a bit too harsh, imho
