I'm usually bent towards the photorealistic but this photo definitely caught my eye. I find the light green of the vase slightly jarring when juxtoposed against the yellow but your 'through the glass' effect is very unique and well done, adds a lot to an otherwise simple scene.

I quite like the "through glass" look, whether it be through glass or via editing. Though the challenge is "light on white", I'd like to see this with a darker vase. Nice interpretation of the challenge.

looks like an oil painting at first glance. nice (and daring) take on the challenge. Good enough to be framed on the wall of the dining hall!

Pardon me while I get my other pair of glasses! Honestly, I'll just have to take your word for it that the banana & vase are still. :} Artistry...GREAT! Overall effect? I love it! :) However, I'm sorry for the low score I expect that you will get with this one. :(

I am not sure what effect you applied in post but it detracts from your shot considerably. If you had left it as it came from the camera as is it would have been far better.

Very interesting abstract quality created by shooting through the glass (I assume).

nice effect, like we are looking at it from inside the vase - I'd love to look at the world from the vase sometimes.:)
