Location: Outdoors, a park.

 Time of shot was 2:52 p.m. Sky was slightly cloudy mostly in the direction I shot the photo. The sun was to the right, no flash was used. On the computer and the internet browser im on now, the colors look strong and dark which is what I wanted it to be. On another computer that I checked, in the browser the color looks faded and washed out. However on that same computer the colors are strong and dark from looking at the picture from the desktop. Im kinda confused as to why that is.

I used the scene mode in my camera (powershot A520) and selected snow. The snow looks a lot nicer when doing this rather than choosing another setting like Manual. Im not sure why, and what the camera does to make the snow look so strong and white. Could it be the white balance? Aperature was at F4.0, Shutter at 1/250, iso unkown but im guessing 50.

I think this would be better as a vertical.

A tilted horizon is not wrong per se, but I believe it should be used carefully and for a specific purpose, for example to increase drama, to compliment an unusual perpsective, or to compliment at theme such as abstract shapes. In this case, to me, it brings nothing and indeed detracts from the viewing experience.
The snow is over-exposed - it is notoriopsly hard to meter for correctly; if you are in an area that gets a lot of snow, spend some time practicing and experimenting - it will pay off!

Ordinarily dislike "artificial" diagonals, but the bicycle gives it something, and may yet save civilization.

The diagonal seems forced here. Just makes me tilt my head to view the picture.

I like diagonal perspectives for a slightly off-kilter disoriented feel. Very nice for a composition of so much whiteĆ¢€“the white really works.

Plus: have the impression you have 2 reflecting diagonals
Minus: no sky, dark background, random bike colors

The severe rotation on this shot doesn't work for me. It makes me a little dizzy to be honest.
