Horizon not straight (sorry, it bugs me). Shame about the smog and the indistinct light on the far shore, on the other hand the red buoys with the stays make the shot. Cropping at the base of the leftmost bouy stay to exclude the left most pier/stay (the one without any red buoys) might be worth considering.

Plus: Recognized it before I read the title ;)
Minus: Need to feel the diagonals more, lack of conrast, I suggest HDR
