I spotted this guy just stooped over and not moving. I watched for about 3 or 4 minutes before I took the shot and he nerver moved. Apparently stoned on something.

A compelling subject and nice colors and framing.

i'm sorry, i'm not sure what the title has to do with this image. what is suspended in time here?

I think this image really does reflect your title. Nice job there. I also like the clarity of the piece. Great lighting, lots of interest. His posture gives a bit of a tired feeling rather than necessarily loneliness or solitude - but I think it fits the challenge all the same. Wonderful capture. 7

I'm not quite seeing it. Is he looking at something that he dropped? Did he spill his drink or food or whatever? Is he homeless? I don't quite understand this picture.

this image really takes time but it's worth it...it's busy but the central subject is well portrayed - good light, clarity, sense of impairment 7

Another shot I don't understand....would love an explanation if you have time to send me one...thanx.

Given that the man appears to be homeless and he's eating something in a paper bag beside brightly coloured signs about eating and drinking, you definitely would have had a more powerful image had you captured the subjects face. I realize that street shots are tricky though and who knows if this was an option. Kudos for skipping the staged shot and taking the more unpredictable route.
