Definite celebration going on here. I like the sweep from the popcicle to the face. Right aperture to have the background show the location but not be overpowering.

This is a pleasing photograph. I would like to have seen a little bit more below the shoulders. To me, this photo places too much emphasis on the lollipop. I think adding the contextual background that a more vertical crop would have given would have improved this one. Just some opinions. Overall though, I like it. This could easily have that 'family snapshot' feel to it, but you have successfully avoided this.

Great expression and diagonal line. The overall lighting seems a bit dull. This would be great in black and white with contrast adjustment.
