Nice capture! The framing of the moon is great. The color contrasts work really well, though I think the lighting is a little too harsh. I do like the texture shown. Good focus, and a very nice composition. Well done. 7

The foreground seems so washed out, but otherwise, the composition is beautiful.

are we alone or is it the moon. looks like the rocks may be a little over exposed.

Forground rocks are just a little too bright. With the moon out of focus, my eyes are draw to the details in the rock, which wouldnt' guess is your goal given the subject.

I like the way the rocks frame the moon. I think a night shot with stars would have been more fitting to the title of the photo though. Non-the-less, still a beautiful shot.

yes. we are. :-/ this photo would look nicer if the rock were colorful.. maybe less contrast and more saturation? umm.. darn.. it would be a really cool picture too.
