Well, this should be interesting. May not be enough 'Celebration' to appease the DNMC crowd. :D
My wife says this photo is "weird" - not encouraging. Our oldest, 14 yrs old, thinks it's "cool" - a little better.
...and yes, it's a real egg. Kind of wish I had opened that top crack a little to let more light "spill" out. Oh well, too late now. |

This is a great idea. Commend your creativity. The composition doesn't quite work, though, and the lighted egg looks flat for some reason. 5. |

woah, that is intense, i like the use of 3 eggs with the center one lit up i wonder if the image would have made more of an impact if the egg on the left was lit up...how on earth did you do that? |

Neat idea. Was the crack in the egg supposed to be showing? It may have looked better if you would have turned the egg over so the crack wasn't showing. Good job. 7 |

I like the lighting you've used and the fact that there seems to be some ambient to show the rest of the nest. Maybe having the egg cracked open and that light spilling out might be more effective too ? |

Great job with the lighting! :)
Would've been even more awesome if the yolk was still in there for this specific concept shot. |
