 A small tribute to Michelangelo.
I'm not quite happy with the result. I think it could be much better, but it was fun and after all i'd like to see what you think about it.

It was not easy to set up this one in my living room, with my son running all over the place. I don't have studio equipments so i used anything that could help me with this idea. Chairs, bed sheet, two old flash guns, the only available hands i found near the set up... anything.
The hardest part was to make my son sit down and keep his hand steel. Have you ever tried make a live octopus stand steel? That's pretty much the same thing. :)

PP: Converted from RAW, curves, selective colors, B/W via channel mixer, brightness/contrast, resize, USM, add noise, hue/sat, add border, save for web.
I wish we could use burn tool in basic...

I really like the thumbnail of this photo. The background looks a little grainy but somewhat interesting. Its very hard to judge what is technique or actual background. Interesting and I get emotions from the photo.

Good luck with this. Frankly, I like the concept and think the noise works nicely. The only thing I'd critique are the creases on the backdrop. They do sorta distract me a bit but I'm quite fond of the image overall. 9 from me.
