Good composition. Very grainy and dull quality, though. |

I think photos depicting suicide are fine in a death challenge but I personally would prefer it not seemingly treated lightly (with a title that seems as though it makes light of suicide). I am sorry if you did not mean it this way - I am certainly not accusing you of trying to treat the subject lightly at all. I do not know your motivations and don't pretend to know. I am just telling you how it seems to me. |

Heheheh. This is pretty good actually and the title gives it a light hearted spin. Only suggestion would be possibly shooting from a bit of a lower angle to reinforce the 'hanging' aspect and maybe lighten the shot a tad. The shot is so dark it took me a second to see the gap between feet and chair. |

The chair and hanging feet speak volumes and make this a very impactful image. Using white shows against the cold hard brick background really work well and hit viewers between the eyes with the message. On the technical side, I can't decide if I like the grungy vertical lines spanning through the image or not. On one hand, they really add to the harsh mood, on the other, it's a bit distracting. Up to the viewer I guess. While I'm normally a fan of a humorous title, I don't think it plays in favor of the image here. I don't vote according to titles, but "how's it hanging?" seems a little tactless for the image's morbid mood. Overall, very well done. 8o) |

Technical quality isn't so good - these lines through the picture are strange. And he or she must have jumped into the rope. I haven't watched anything like this in real life, but at least in TV they kick the chair away. |

good idea, could have been done a lot better. would be nice to see more of the body and maybe less noise. Also, I think the title is terrible. the situation in your picture is no joke. i did not hole the title against you in my vote. |

As sick and twisted as this sounds, I laughed when I read the title. The vertical grain helps highlight the shot. 7 |

texture across image appears odd almost like it was compressed or scanned from a old injet printer that over soaked the paper |

Death...yes, ok. Morbid...yes, ok. But the title seems to take the edge off of it for me. |

I realllly like the finish on this shot. COuld have just gone black and white but the creativity pumps it up a few points for me. Not real crazy about the title. 8 |
