 I used wind and lighting effects in this picture. I also changed some of the color balance.

If the date recorded in your original image file is not within the specified challenge dates, your entry will be disqualified -- NO exceptions! In Addition, the use of effects filters (excluding Noise and Gaussian Blur) is not permitted in Basic Editing. Please review the challenge submission rules.

Unfortunately the quality and size of this shot are not comparable with some of the other entries in this challenge, so it won't score that well.

I am sure you are getting the way too small comments. This almost feels like a picture of a picture. Is it from a cell phone?

Is this a shot from a camera phone? It's too small, too OUT OF FOCUS.

Small photo and looks to be out of focus. Sort of like a camera phone shot. Interesting.. wonder what they are doing. Guess just enjoying life!

You may want to check the tutorial on how to size the photographs. My husband faced this challenge on his first entry. Good luck.

These undersized photos are always very difficult to evaluate, you definitely want to use the full 640 pixel maximum.
