Nice choice of fisheye, but most viewers need more main subject detail. In this case, I think that you should have included the full horizon instead of cutting it off, even though our eyes would gravitate to the lights there. There would still be plenty of earth to meet the challenge. |

too dark, why use a wide angle, as an effect it does not i feel add to the picture |

Well, apart from the interesting fisheye, I'm not seeing a lot. A bit too dark for my taste. 4 |

Good idea to shoot in the dark. It makes the bottom of the water have detail. Fish eye look sucks you into this one too. It's a mucky looking place. |
