Some nice lighting and a little thought to the kitty's surroundings might have saved this shot. Beautiful cat though.

I would have cropped this picture because the eyes are the first thing that I see. I can just see a beautiful close up of the cats face. Nice.

6 - Nice capture and composition, although tighter on the left, gaining the three background colors and 'using them' more, and enabling the 'star' to dominate the frame more (bigger), make this even better in my opinion.

A true beauty. I would have considered showing this sweetheart against a single background color. The eyes are hypnotic.
