Cute but I think it would have benefitted the photo if he was climbing on something other than a person and if the background was more consistant.

5 - Benefit of the doubt here. Not sure if the 'blue' is pp or not, however it does add an unusual effect overall to this shot, but does take a bit to get used to. Perhaps a little tighter crop at the top.

the black blob thing in the background is a little bit distracting to subject, otherwise I like the curve of subject
