| over used BW is appropriate for this one, there is beauty in the simplicity of this shot, finding a spot on the floor without the seam would have improved it a bit |

not all that striking in my mind.
moving the bike away from the crack in the floor would add to it a bit

Great idea but I think you fell short on the execution part.
I think the composition and lighting could have been better. |
