Use camera flash to illuminate my hand and slaved flash with red gel and paper snoot to light up white wall behind. Slight crop and minor tweaking of levels, curves, brightness/contrast and hue saturation.

Sorry but I can´t put my finger on it, just this image isn´t aesthetically pleasing to me, the purple/pink skintones mostly combined with the color tones of the backround+frame along just aren´t my cup of tea, sorry but I voted this a 4 and thought you should at least know why.
