The leaf looks a bit like bloody beef, doesn't it? I love macro perspectives, and this is a nice one, though it doesn't necessarily telegraph "grace" to me.

Very attractive colors, but upper left part is distracting, as well as a too short DOF. Nice dtails in the center, and water is a good idea. Good framing.

i gave this a 9, but i think that a border may have helped the appearance of the image

Nice shot, its "gracefulness" might be a bit of a stretch for some people, but I like it. The composition is top notch, great diagonals combined with an interesting depth of field give this image great depth.

My only complaint is the darkness of the image (yeah my monitor is calibrated according to the scale below), a quick hit with levels would help this shot in my opinion.

I hope this helps,
Quadrajet

A beautiful leaf and great composition.
My two suggestions would be:
The leaf is so uniform in colour that this macro treatment doesn't bring out as much interesting detail as it might - I wonder if a leaf with more variations of orange, yellow and even maroon might be more interesting?
The water looks a little messy - would it have been possible to dry the leaf off and then add a few droplets manually that retained their droplet shape?
You may have been striving for a more natural feeling of wetness of course, in which case my suggestion is of no interest.

Cool idea. I think the DOF is too shallow, though. Maybe have the entire top leaf in focus with the one(s) behind blurry. Good composition and nice color.
