| I keep coming back to this one and wanting to really rank it highly -- the starkness and the heavy makeup just pull the fragility down for me although the composition is very nice (the make up shows in the light down the side of her face and neck as well as on her nose there is also an unfortunate hair on the jawline 6 |

| I'm not sure this image says 'grace' to me, but I like the harsh light, and the bizarre backgrouind of gladiolas. Very unique and interestng shot. |

| A unique high-key high-contrast portrait. Artistically stunning and provocative; the dark hair and eyes make an interesting contrast to the light eyebrows and lips. The white flowers add an extra something. Techncally perfect; the face is white, but not quite as white as the background so its outline is clearly visible and the nose can also be made out. Doesn't convey grace to me as well as other images (but does meet the challenge). |

| there are portions of this picture that i really like, but not the gladiolus on the left, it looks like it's growing out of your model's head... other than that this picture does create a certain mood, 7... |

| Intresting shot but think it is a bit over exposed. think I know what you were going for but think it still would have been achieved by softening the lighting some. |

| I'm attracted to this photo. The contrast between the model and the flowers makes the photo dynamic. The title doesn't seem to fit because the lighting is somewhat harsh and the makeup on the model's eyes make them look hard. This is just my opinion, I apologize if this offends you. |

| Beautiful face good high-key effect, contrasted by her strong shape of eyes and highlights/shadows in her hair. Pity about the flowers, especially the left one, which seem to be growing out of her hair. If you crop away the top part including the flower, so, up to the middle of her hair, the picture becomes so much better (try scrolling down and you can see the effect). |

| the harsh lighting goes against the idea of 'grace' for me. perhaps with softer lighting this would have been more effective. the placement of the flowers seems awkward also. |

| I like this image. It has a nice high key quality to it. Might be a little too hot in some spots but you did good keeping the seperation between her face and the background. I also like the composition. |

| This is way too bright...maybe another source of subltle light would have been better |

Nice high key portrait. The background flowers are a bit distracting.
I like the subtle tones, and the contrasting eyes attracts immediately the viewer's eyes. |
