 Taken at Liberty Steak House, Broadway at the Beach, Myrtle Beach, SC. It was a rainy night, and pretty much deserted. The white specks are luminescent rain drops (flash reflective polarization). Adjusted color saturation, and increased contrast, and cropped image just a tad.
