 This was not the picture I had envisioned when I went to this location. The wind was behind the falls blowing spray in my direction, so I was forced to use a long lens to keep my equipment from getting wet. I also had planned to place the battery directly under some falls and get water flowing around the battery. The ISO of 400 was simply a mistake on my part, and I could have used 100 and not had to stop the lens down as much.

Post processing consists primarily of saturation and sharpening adjustments. I cloned out some water spots that showed up in the original photo.

Well, I think it turned out very nice, and I think this is an underrated photo. I was one of your 5 10's and think it should definitely have been a 6+ scoring photo.

I'm impressed with the beauty of this battery photo :) Who'd have thunk a battery could be so pretty! One of the very few photos in this challenge that I think deserve a good, solid 10! Good Luck!

Waterfalls work for everything don't they? :D This is a nice photo, although it seems like the battery is incidental to the waterfall. Yes, it's on a ROT junction, but it's small in proportion to the overall image. Not a major deal, just an observation, and certainly JMO. :) Good luck in the challenge.
