| Poignant and transitory, both good descriptions of love and life in general. The flowing water, though, seems to indicate that everything gets washed clean at some point; refreshed. |

| After shooting a large number of attempted bubble shots, hand held at the beach, I can sympathize with your dilemma. It is a poignant scene - yet it probably needed a tripod to reveal its true beauty. |

I gave this a 7. I don't generally like rose shots because it's too cliched of a symbol, but the water is creating major distortion here, which adds a lot of interest for me. You also have strong diagonals in the composition.
And sometimes when I look at this I imagine the bubbles are issuing out of the rose like notes from a small sad bugle. |

| A really interesting composition, I like the movement of the water and colours. For me, what would have made this image is if the head of the flower was in focus. I think thats what my eye is really searching for here and what may have helped your score :o) |
