| Oops, you missed! With the focal plane I mean. The area in front of the acorn is well focused, and just barely into the front surface of the acorn. More impact could have been made with more of the acorn in focus, and perhaps spot metering on the light area of the acorn cap. As it, the highlights in the cap are blown out. I really like the OOF areas in the back, the bokeh is nice. Good luck in the challenge. |
