I think this photo would have been better if the subject was off to the left side and giving the photo more contrast would have added the the 'harshness'. I get more of the feeling that the bird is a bird of prey than one that needs help surviving the winter. |

I like the idea, but it lacks some detail in comparison to many of the other entries. |

Well not a bad shot at all, silhouette is good and all that but what I would want to suggest is the composition, way too centered for my taste and that little peg of branch in the lower right corner kindof steals my attention. 5 |
