hope this fits the challenge. I went into this secluded, "off limits" part of the beach at sundown. Found bits of garbage, slipper sole, plastics, etc. entangled on the branches of the trees just after a big typhoon. Taken a day after a strong earthquake has hit Taiwan, there were rumors of a possible tsunami on the east coast of the Philippines.

thanks for all who liked my post-processing. this can actually "pass" advanced editing IMO. I tried being bold this time.

my idea is Tsunami and harsh environment. I think what I did enhanced/evoked that idea.

Woah...a little much for me. At least it's not a snapshot like so many other people submitted.

I like the effect you produced in the sky, but something went wrong with the leaves on the left.

Too dark...can't quite make out what's happening here.

Sorry, I definately know and respect the ruleset in this challenge but to me that still means to create something aesthetically pleasing and this image just isn´t cutting it aesthetically for me, I just don´t find the effect you put on this image to be doing anything positive for it and frankly I voted a 3 on it.

likely will win a ribbon... outstanding image...
