Too grainy. It may be on purpose, but it feels like a low resolution shot blown up too big.

Your photo is not really a 'Harsh Environment', but, it's a cool photo. Gotta be some display at a museum or sumpin'. Looks like you bulged it somehow...nice touch.

I like your choice for B&W and the noise works well. Only flaw I see is that the bars are not straight. This could have been fixed under the Expert rules.

Well I am very particular as far as image quality goes and this just is too noisy and flat for my tastes, sorry. Still not a horrible shot by any means but I find it a little under average so I voted a 4. I like the subject choice and think you can do a lot better with it, now go prove me right :)
