I think that the two main elements (Elk and fence) are too independent of each other here, so that the fence isn't really appearing to restrain the Elk. I can see why you went for the shot though - misty images of Elk coming from the forest has potential. |

The fence post and wire being in sharp focus would have made this photo an 8 or 9. As it is I give it a 7. |

out of focus. with lack of color, its best to change to a b&w photo. |
