Robert, This I like. It reminds me of the looks that I used to see in illustrations within old (1960's and early '70s) outdoor magazines... Field & Stream etc. Do you know what I'm referring to? Best to you, Ray |

There is a definite difference to how this looks when I change the settings on my monitor to emulate my old CRT rather than use the full brightness of the LCD. Even then, it still looks a little over the top to me, but I like where you ar going with the glow on the bark. Having fun with that new CS2 version, aren't ya? :) |

Interesting look! I'm viewing on a CRT, and I can't decide if I like the glow or not. Definitely on to something there!
For me, it has an almost illustrative feel to it, and I mean that in a good way, though I'm not sure that's the effect you were going for.
Where's the snow? :P We finally got some - shall I send some down? |
