 This is our son Chris at church, he's a great drummer! But then again, I am biased. Behind the drum screen is a mess...broken bits of stick everywhere, our drummers hit pretty hard. I wanted to capture that. I put our lighting on and just shot a few images. This was one of the better ones and my son's choice.

Basically dodged, burned, USM, Noise Ninja (not in that order) etc...nothing major.

Hope for a 6ish.


POST: well, it was well below expectations. I thought it would do OK, but there are an overwhelming nimber of 5's there, so...better luck next year

The composition was too busy for me, no clear point of focus in the image. Some light on the cymbals or the drummer may have helped.
