I like the interesting composition, but the photo is too gray. A curves adjustment to set the 'white point' somewhere on the bird would cure this. Also, applying 'unsharp mask' would make the image sharper. Cheers |

Beautiful composition, but there seems to be a dark colorcast over this. Perhaps editing the exposure/highlights/and shadows may increase this. 7 |

Good interpretation of animal photo rule. If animal doesn't do anything spectacular, make a close up photo. It always works 7 |
