| Well the motion blur on the trees and lights in the backround is not making this image better, would have preferred it if they were not moved so I voted this a 4. |

| A tripod or some sort of stable surface to set the camera on could have helped this photo a lot. You have motion blur in the picture...see the trees in front. |

| A little movement of the camera when shooting this drags the photo down. Placing the camera on a sturdy surface or tripod with the camera on self timer or triggering it with a shutter release cable would have made this much better, showing the foreground better. 3 from me, happy new year and good luck. |
