 With all the stuff we had to do this month..(moving to Ozark,and getting settled)..I found I had no time or good enough weather to give to this Challenge... (even a month was too short...lol)...so I tried to go onto the washer and dryer closet with a 200 watt bulb I found in the moving boxes...and preceded to shoot an egg.. once again a stretch...trying to show Light and Shadow...basically a White on White, just to see if I could score a Mid 5...maybe the weather here will allow me to find a Fence for Tuesday.

Nice light study, but there is a grey smudge or something the bottom that is distracting. 7

I can see some blotchyness in the top of the photo and a big blob in the middle at the bottom, looks like you cloned something out.

My first challenge here was 'The Egg' - some 200 later, I still have the feeling that it makes for a far more difficult subject than most would admit of. Strong sense of texture here, well handled lighting, good composition.

I could be wrong, but it looks like there was some obvious cloning or brushwork or something in the lower right hand corner. Maybe it's just a texture against the light; I can't tell. Whatever it is, I find it distracting, so you might considre retouching this to get it out of there. Can you see it?
