| Thanks for the comments. Yeah Larus, I knew it was very much like that photo you linked to, which then again is also very much like my own photo from last year which was second in that same competition (the two of us were standing next to each other while shooting). I was just there again this year at the same location with a group of friends and didn't feel like leaving the group to get a different angle. But I understand completely why you would give a lower score for a photo you feel you have seen before, and I wondered if that would happen but decided to submit it anyway. Thanks for the comment though. |

| Lovely wide angle effect. I wish the top of that firework wasn't cut off, but then again you would probably need a REALLY wide angle to catch that ;] |

Well I do not want to go so far as to say this image is "stolen" but when looking at this photo that won a fireworks competition there last year and the fact that this exact shot is in the voting stages in a challenge at ljosmyndakeppni.is right now makes it considerably less appealing to me, at least you could have tried taking it form a different angle or something, this is exactly the same except your shot is just a tad wider.
I frankly voted a 5 on this as I feel you could have done a lot better and interesting things at this location. |

| A good choice of motive. The framing could be better, aiming it more upwards closer to the peoples feet and just a little bit more to the right would have made this photo great. 6 from me, happy new year and good luck! |
