| I think I screwed up in the final scaling and jpeg output of this photo such that both the color and the sharpness were altered from the original. In the original, there was a trick of the light that caused the clump of leaves, which would otherwise be utterly uninspiring, to look as though they were floating in the air. Somehow, it was lost in post-processing. Chalk it up to experience. |

| The subject of this photo does not inspire me at all, I'm afraid. Try getting in closer, maybe by that moss on the right bottom corner, and see if anything interesting pops up. There must be something more interesting in that area than a pile of dead leaves. |
