I don´t like making portraits, but that´s the nice thing of the challenges. You do thinks you normally wouldn´t do.
Raw conversion, noise reduction, b&w conversion (solid color layer in color mode), level adjustment, resizing, sharpening.
(and removed a black spot).

I realize what you were trying to do here, but it doesn't quite do it for me. I am especially bothered by the large pores and shiny spot on the nose. I would have liked to see the eye more towards the center of the lens. Great idea though!

Ok, there is a raging debte about people's voting habits at the moment, so i will attempt to give a detailed comment with my vote:


Intersting shot. Interesting interpretation. that counts for something. there is lighting. im having a hard time with the lack of focus on the lens. but hte shot on it;s own stands out. that's gooooood. would have been seven if sharper. have to knock you down one thre. sry. 6
