Denise, New Year's Eve, 2006. This was NOT a formal portrait. My wife emphatically does not like a camera pointed at her and I was lucky to sneak this off. The redeeming feature that has overcome the following excuses for my poor photography, ie, bad light, high ISO, color cast, wrong flash exposure, and too much wine, is her beauty.

You are such a sweetheart, Bill. I love it when men speak so glowingly about their wives. She's lovely.

For a portrait that you had to sneak this works very well, love the nice tight crop and the overall softness of the picture. Very very nice, and by the way it would still work well if you spent hours. Sometimes time spent doesn't matter just catching the right moment.

She has beautiful, thoughtful eyes, and also beautiful hands it seems. You really should get her to pose for you, she'd make a marvelous model I think.
