These are the real things (Aspens) which are part of my series of shots I took during a ski trip in 2006. My shots taken during the 2009 AA challenge were some other kind of tree and I am not sure what kind.

Wish I could see a little more of the dark sky...But hey, its a great pic as is.

This is an OMG photo for me and going to favorites. It is very difficult to capture images with lots of small and highly detailed parts. I think it also works because of the dark and light borders at top and bottom. Nicely done.
