nice idea, great composition. Did yo paint those bananas to get such different tones out of them? Did you paint all the fruit but for the apple. Bizzare effect. I like it! 10 |

too dark for me. Focus is good. Don't like the color changes. |

Very cool, but I'm confused about what message you're trying to convey. What's the point of this; what's the point of drawing our attention to the apple. Be more descriptive in your photography and less concerned with making a pretty centerpiece. |

I bet that took a lot of work. I can see some over spray on the pine apple, which I'm assuming was done to prevent any of the red from showing up when desaturating. Great creativity, good shot. - 9 |

There has been a lot of desat with one color photos recently, and I think that has made those type of images not have the usually high impact they can normally have. However, this is certainly more than just a desat with one color photo. The black/white background and square dish is certainly what makes this stand out. The leaves of the pineapple going off into the black is good too. The fruit arrangement is good, but I dont know, just something doesnt feel right about it. It's sharp, clear, clean, clever. I like it! |

I like the way you desaturated all the other colours here. 9 |

There is something very disturbing about the bannana being such veried shades. However the composition is great, exposure is perfect! |

Liek the black and the white but not the red, otherwise a nice shot. |

I see that this image was validated. I don't know why it would have to be, it looks fine to me. Nice image. I really like the composition and the light used. The one red apple really stands out giving you something to zoom in on. Nice work. |

I´m usually not very fond of these desaturated shots but this one is SO well done. Very interested composition. Great shot! /9 |

Amazing. Superb modern composition. Intelligent use of selective desaturation.

Wonderful composition... this picture could almost be a blue ribbon winner, but the burnt out highlights (on the pear and pineapple) spoil it. There's a bit too much glare on the apple. I love your black and white background, very imaginative and striking. 8 |

Interesting. I like it. The problem, though is that the pineapple appears to be oe. I know how difficult it is to capture whites. Creative image nonetheless. |

I think the idea here was good, and the subjects. I guess it's the white bottom that I find a distraction to the over all shot. Maybe without the plate? However, I like this and like the contrast. |

Wow! Did you actually paint the fruit??? The lack of light on the banana in the middle and the piece of fruit above the apple, along with the paint on the pineapple leaves are the only things stopping me giving this a 10. Brilliant. 9/10 |
