-Lit with one flash bounced into white umbrella
-Darkened top portion of photo with curves adjustment layer as well as selective use of gaussian blur to bring attention toward the "hands"

I do not know much about portrait photography so hate to even comment, but I do know what I like visually. I think I would have liked this photo more if the cropping would have occurred somewhere between the nose and the upper lip.It just seems there is a flat expanse of face with no eyes.

You certainly couldn't have achieved better focus considering the DOF is so shallow. This one is more tasteful that many of the others. 7

Clever way to illustrate the title - the perfect state of undress to allude to more on the way. Also, the upside down composition is unusual and interesting. Lighting is spot on, and the focus and DOF is great. I like it.
