The motion panning is lost on me here, but it's still a nice image. I can see the attempt to get motion blur, but having the dad's face in sharp focus (leaving the motion blur to the feet), with perhaps a bit more contrast in the whole image, would have improved it for me a bit. |

this is not really motion panning...more of a blur...the image is nice, but not for this challenge |

No sense of motion here. Cute & precious potential in the shot though. |

I don't get how this has to do with the motion panning challenge? |

Oh how can I say anything bad about this? Well it is a great and warm idea for an image. Motion panning? Don't think so. I would love to shoot this again and get the dad crystal clear and then enter this into a farther's day challenge. So cute those little feet. |

i'm not sure if this is entered in the wrong challenge or if your baby can walk really fast on faces and you thought you could capture some motion blur with it? |

This isn't motion panning I don't think since I doubt she was going all that fast, heh. She's got some adorable little toes though! |

Is there a motion pan effect here? I'm not sure, but I love the intimacy of this picture.
My Daddy's a Road
My Daddy's a road.
I walk him to the school.
I ride him to work.
I put my thumb over him.
I dream of him,
of where he converges
in reddening light.
My Daddy's a street.
I cross him. I leave
in his gutters
crumpled-up ideas.
I pull on him
and off him, I park
at his side, I ignore
his signs. I forget
the lead I took from him.
I long for his forever open arms
to close on me.
Well, dang, you gave me a poem so I better give you a 10. |

I would hope if you can take a picture of her walking on you, she would be slow enough to get something in focus. Better luck next time. |

Wait till she is a teenager :) I'm not sure if there is any panning in this image. I think that the subject (the beautiful little feet walking on your face) would probably be better suited for a different approach, one were things were sharper and more contrasty and clearer. |
