This was a mess to make. Three different light sources for the original pictures which were a frontal head shot and two for the ears.
Flash, tungsten and a flurecent table lamp. It was a mess to get the skin tones right and they still don't fully match.

Except for the white balance problem I am rather pleased with the lighting otherwise. First time I felt I sorta knew what I eas doing. SB-600 on the left (in picture, right side of my face) not straight on to me, but almost. Table lamp on the other side and a bit lower. Tungsten lamo from the ceiling as ambient light.
Processing involved cutting away at the diferent organs and pasting in a new file. Curves and selective color to get the colors tight. USM and drop shadow. gradient backgroung, a stroke to frame.
I am not at home ad the machine I did this on doesn't have PS so I downloaded the beta of CS3. Looks really nice!

I like the multiple skin tones - looks cool. And I love the overall presentation. I keep meaning to do a "fractured" image of some kind.

Nice...instead of a Triptych, it's like a "polyptych" LOL!

When doing these, I found it helps to have a head shaped like a cube;-)
Cool stuff!

Oh that reminds me of a game you could play when I was little and you would turn over diff. boxes to create different faces. THIS IS FUn and imaginative.

It looks like one of those toys you get where you fold the box to make something... very original and very very neat!
