panning??
01/22/2007 08:34:40 PM
Would have liked to see it larger.

Good action shot with perhaps a little to fast a shutter speed for the challenge? Lets see what the other comments say

Motion Panning?
01/21/2007 04:54:31 AM
There's no panning here at all.
01/20/2007 10:53:06 PM
DNMC? And not even that good of a photo...
01/20/2007 02:46:43 PM
Yeah! It doesn't look much of a pan though.
01/19/2007 11:52:28 PM
could stand to have a bit more blur from panning. you might also want to check out the tutorials on sizing images for challenges.

Is there any panning motion to this?
01/18/2007 12:25:21 PM
I think the picture should be larger and not so tight of a crop on the top, bottom and right side.
01/17/2007 11:17:55 PM
Not much panning. It's too hard to tell with such a small picture.

Image quality - 1. Composition - .5. Lighting - 1. Post Processing - .5 (could use more contrast). Choice of Subject - 1. TOTAL SCORE - 4

too small, and the motion panning isn't very obvious here
01/17/2007 04:44:39 PM
As long as I don't have to argue with the man with the ball, I'll mark you down for size and the lack of panning effect on the background. 3
01/17/2007 04:27:24 PM
Don't see much motion in this.
01/17/2007 04:11:02 PM
This is quite a small shot, and it's not really showing any obvious attempt at panning.
01/17/2007 01:38:06 PM
Hard to tell because of the small image size, but it looks more like a shallow DOF than motion panning.
01/17/2007 11:39:22 AM
too small and not enough motion blur to suggest motion panning IMHO
01/17/2007 09:42:25 AM
dnmc
01/17/2007 08:45:37 AM
I'm sorry to have to rate you so low but that really isn't panning....and you've taken away any surrounding to make it seem like he is still in movement.

I don't really see the panning
I think the crop is too tight
01/17/2007 03:59:57 AM
I don't really see any panning on this shot. . maybe a longer shutter speed would have helped.
01/17/2007 01:39:51 AM
I think the crop is too tight. I'd at least liked to have seen the top of his head and the tip of his toe, if not a little more.
01/17/2007 01:20:27 AM
Too small! Too small!
01/17/2007 12:39:14 AM
only just a pan! Looks more stopped. I'm sure so many people will tell you this. So sorry!5
01/17/2007 12:27:49 AM
Sorry, but this doesn't seem to me to be a MP shot.
