We went to Edinbirgh shopping and it was very, very windy, was raining too, so didn't have much time to get any good snaps.

Things are moving here, but I don't see anything as a sharp subject - I couldn't really find a subject at all. I like the colors, but I probably would have cropped out the statue on the right (doesn't seem to fit with the rest of the image to my eyes).

The concept for this challenge is that the background is blurred and the moving objects are in focus.

I don't believe that this meets the challenge: "motion panning" means (to me) moving the camera to track a moving subject. This image appears to be a slow exposure from a stationary camera to illustrate the motion of the passers-by....

The background is semi clear while the subject(s) are blurry.... thats just motion... no panning was involved here...1

I can't pick out the object you panned. Seems to be more of a motion blur shot than MP.
