| Things are moving here, but I don't see anything as a sharp subject - I couldn't really find a subject at all. I like the colors, but I probably would have cropped out the statue on the right (doesn't seem to fit with the rest of the image to my eyes). |

| I don't believe that this meets the challenge: "motion panning" means (to me) moving the camera to track a moving subject. This image appears to be a slow exposure from a stationary camera to illustrate the motion of the passers-by.... |

| I can't pick out the object you panned. Seems to be more of a motion blur shot than MP. |
